Terms and Conditions
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any loss or returned package as a result of incorrect addresses will be buyer’s responsibility. Products are shipped through Canada Post. Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-5 days of order, and shipments take between 2-15 business days to travel. Orders may be subject to longer travel times due to circumstances beyond our control, especially international parcels. Please be aware that orders may be subject to local customs duties or local taxes, which must be borne by the customer. We are not able to offer tracking numbers unless otherwise specified, as the shipping option we use does not provide this feature. We cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged along the way. Orders are packaged and labelled purposefully to ensure the safe arrival of quality Products.
If your parcel is returned to us as a result of incorrect shipping details provided by you, the cost to reship is covered by you. We will invoice you the additional shipping cost, and the amount must be paid within 7 business days.
If you wish to return or exchange your item for a different colour or pattern, we can make arrangements to do so. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges as well as any price differential in the case of an exchange.
Once we receive the products in the same condition they were sent in, a full refund for the returned products, not including shipping, will be issued to the same card or payment details used at the time of order.
You must contact us prior to mailing any return/exchange to receive a return authorization within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.
We aim for as much accuracy as possible in photographing and portraying the colours of our items but colours may vary slightly from monitor to monitor. Please check the dimensions listed in the description to obtain an accurate understanding of size.
